Delivery

General information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

Delivery time
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to deliver your order within 7-15 business days, except holidays. In general, please allow an extra 2-3 days for processing time.
Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
 
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs
We offer free delivery on all of our products on our shop page. However additional import duties and taxes from your local customs office may apply and are out of our control.

International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally outside of the UK.

Delivery - Weddings/Events/Private parties
Delivery dates and prices of flowers for weddings, events and private parties are calculated upon booking and are subject to area and arrangement size.
