By placing an order on this website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:


      1. We deliver by selected carrier companies and via selected courier companies.

      2. We will determine whether your order will be delivered by carrier or by courier.

      3. For our carriers, 90%+ of our deliveries will be on the chosen date and almost all remaining deliveries will take place one day after that. We wish we could provide more certainty, but at this time the carrier companies we work with does not offer a guaranteed one-day delivery service, so we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date.

      4. In the event of a delay by carrier or a courier, we are unable to offer a refund or to resend your delivery.

      5. We are unable to provide proof of delivery notifications for carrier orders as this is not a signed for service, tracking is available on most deliveries, however is not guaranteed.

      6. Deliveries can be made directly to the delivery address, placed in a safe place, left with a neighbor, or sent to a Royal Mail Delivery Office. The delivery method is determined by Royal Mail, and we have no control over their choice.
      7. We cannot guarantee that delivery instructions will be followed.

      8. Timed deliveries are not available.

      9. Although our team will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, LÖV Flowers cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability of the postal service that we use or anything else outside of LÖV Flowers's control.

      10. In the event of a non-delivery (flowers not having arrived 3 days after their intended delivery date), please contact LÖV Flowers at We advise that you contact us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date in order to be eligible for replacement flowers.

      11. LÖV Flowers delivers to all of United Kingdom.

      12. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.

      13. For subscriptions: If you change address, you must update your address details on the "My Account" section of the website to ensure that no deliveries are sent out to the wrong address. Please ensure this is done by 9am 4 days before your next order is due to arrive. We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location where we have not received advance notice in accordance with this paragraph. Please note that at peak periods we begin processing orders earlier than usual, to account for the large volume of deliveries. This means that we may need up to 10 days notice for any changes to be made.

      14. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to cancel your subscription if it becomes apparent to us that the postal or courier service in your area is too unreliable. We value our customers and our ability to deliver, so where we can't, we won't risk disappointing you.

      15. All products are bought fresh on the day of dispatch. Should a product be unavailable for the delivery date you request we reserve the right to send out the selected product on a different date, which will be the earliest once the product is back in stock or send out an alternative product that can differ in colour. We reserve the right to do so at our discretion.


Customer Responsibility for Accurate Address Information

When placing an order on our site, it is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We will not be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Address Changes and Special Requests

Customers may request changes to their delivery address or other special requests; however, these requests must be made no later than 3 days before the scheduled delivery date. While we will make every effort to accommodate such changes, we cannot guarantee that all requests made within this timeframe will be fulfilled.

Uncertainty and Address Conflicts

In the event that there is uncertainty regarding the delivery address, or if the customer repeatedly changes the delivery address, we will prioritize the originally provided address at the time of checkout. Should there be any conflicting or last-minute changes, the order will be dispatched to the address initially given by the customer to ensure timely delivery.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms regarding delivery address accuracy and the handling of address changes.


Request a delivery date

Our delivery date calendar is for our customers to request a delivery date. However, this is only a request and we cannot guarantee the order be delivered on this date. If no delivery date is selected the order will be delivered on the next available weekday. 

Free Next Day Delivery

We offer complimentary next day delivery anywhere in UK from Mondays to Fridays. To be eligible for free next day delivery, orders needs to be placed before 1pm the day before the requested delivery date.

Same Day Delivery London

We do currently not deliver same day in London. This service will be available shortly again.

Saturday Delivery 

We deliver on Saturdays to all of UK. To be eligible for a Saturday delivery, the order needs to be placed before 1pm on the Friday before. 

Sunday Delivery

We do currently not offer Sunday delivery.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally outside of the UK.

Delivery - Weddings/Events/Private parties

Delivery dates and prices of flowers for weddings, events and private parties are calculated upon booking and are subject to location, venue and arrangement size.
