By placing an order on this website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
We deliver by selected carrier companies and via selected courier companies.
We will determine whether your order will be delivered by carrier or by courier.
All delivery charges for carrier deliveries are included in the price of any order or subscription.
For our carriers, 90%+ of our deliveries will be on the chosen date and almost all remaining deliveries will take place one day after that. We wish we could provide more certainty, but at this time the carrier companies we work with does not offer a guaranteed one-day delivery service, so we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date.
In the event of a delay by carrier or a courier, we are unable to offer a refund or to resend your delivery.
We are unable to provide proof of delivery notifications for carrier orders as this is not a signed for service, tracking is available however.
We cannot guarantee that delivery instructions will be followed.
Timed deliveries are not available.
Although our team will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, LÖV Flowers cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability of the postal service that we use or anything else outside of LÖV Flowers's control.
In the event of a non-delivery (flowers not having arrived 3 days after their intended delivery date), please contact LÖV Flowers at firstname.lastname@example.org. We advise that you contact us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date in order to be eligible for replacement flowers.
LÖV Flowers only delivers within England. We do not deliver to Wales, Scotland, Isle of Man, Ireland or Northern Ireland. We can deliver to any address within England, but do not deliver to PO boxes and BFPO addresses or to The Channel Islands.
We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.
If you change address, you must update your address details on the "My Account" section of the website to ensure that no deliveries are sent out to the wrong address. Please ensure this is done by 9am 4 days before your next order is due to arrive. We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location where we have not received advance notice in accordance with this paragraph. Please note that at peak periods we begin processing orders earlier than usual, to account for the large volume of deliveries. This means that we may need up to 10 days notice for any changes to be made.
We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to cancel your subscription if it becomes apparent to us that the postal or courier service in your area is too unreliable. We value our customers and our ability to deliver, so where we can't, we won't risk disappointing you.
DELIVERY TIMES AND LOCATIONS
Next Day Delivery
We offer Next Day delivery anywhere in England from Mondays to Fridays. To receive Next Day delivery, orders needs to be placed before 1pm the day before. Any order placed after 1pm will automatically be delivered the following day. If an order is placed on a Friday before 1pm the delivery will arrive on the following Monday. Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday and delivered the following Tuesday.
We deliver on Saturdays anywhere in England if orders are placed before 1pm on Fridays. Customers who wish for Saturday delivery can place their orders all though the week up until 1pm on a Friday simply by choosing "Saturday Delivery" on checkout page.
Same Day Delivery
We deliver Same Day to certain London postcodes from Monday to Saturdays. To receive Same Day delivery Monday to Fridays, orders needs to be placed before 1pm. To receive Same Day delivery on Saturdays, orders needs to be placed before 11am.
The Same Day delivery postcodes include following: SW1, SW2, SW3, SW4, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW8, SW9, SW10, SW11, SW12, SW15, SW16, SW17, SW18, SW19, WC1, WC2, W1, W2, 3, W4, W6, W8, W9, W10, W11, W12, W14, NW1, NW3, NW5, NW6, NW8, NC1, N1, N5, N7, N16, N19, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, E1W, E1, E2, E3, E5, E8, E9, E14, SE1, SE4, SE5, SE8, SE11, SE14, SE15, SE17, SE21, SE22, SE23, SE24, SE27.
We aim to always deliver same day, if that is requested. However, sometimes deliveries are delayed by one working day due to our third party deliver couriers in which we have no control over.
We deliver on Sundays to certain London postcodes. To receive Sunday delivery, orders needs to be placed before 11am on the previous Saturday. Customers who wish for Sunday delivery can place their orders all through the week up until 11am on Saturdays.

We do not currently ship internationally outside of England.
