Yes! To ensure you’re always prepared, we will send an automatic email notification one day before your next billing cycle is processed.
Absolutely. You have full flexibility through your account portal. You can pause or reactivate your subscription, change your delivery interval, or reschedule an upcoming payment at any time. If you wish to cancel (unsubscribe), you can do so directly through your account and will just be asked to select a reason for canceling.
Yes, you can easily manage these details directly from your account dashboard. You can update your shipping address, billing address, account email, or edit your delivery notes whenever you need to.
At this time, subscription choices (such as product type and quantity) are fixed once purchased. If you wish to change the products or quantity, you can easily cancel your current subscription and set up a new one with your updated preferences.
You can securely update your billing information and payment method directly within your subscription settings. If you need an invoice for your records, you can also request one through the portal.
If a subscription payment fails, our system will automatically try to process the charge up to 3 times. If the charge fails after the third attempt, the subscription will unfortunately be canceled automatically. To avoid this, please ensure your payment details are kept up to date in your account dashboard.
