Shipping Policy

At LÖV Flowers, we do everything we can to deliver your flowers beautifully and on time. Because our bouquets are freshly made and perishable, our delivery process moves quickly once your order is placed. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Delivery Methods

We deliver using selected national carriers and courier partners. The choice of service is determined by LÖV Flowers and may vary depending on location and availability. Deliveries may be made directly to the address, left in a safe place, left with a neighbour, or redirected to a local delivery office at the carrier’s discretion. We cannot guarantee that specific delivery instructions will be followed.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to England, Scotland and Wales only. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland due to customs regulations relating to fresh flowers. Orders placed for these areas will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

3. Delivery Dates

The delivery date selected at checkout represents your preferred date. This is a request rather than a guarantee. We aim for more than 90% of our deliveries to arrive on the chosen date, with almost all remaining deliveries arriving the following day. However, this is not a guaranteed service and is dependent on postal conditions and other factors beyond our control.

4. Delivery Times

We know timing matters when sending flowers, and we do our best to make it easy to plan. Our standard delivery options are:

Next-Day Delivery (Free)
Available across England, Scotland and Wales , Monday to Friday, for orders placed before 1 pm the day prior. We aim for next-day arrival in over 90% of cases, but this is not a guaranteed service.

Saturday Delivery
Available across England, Scotland and Wales for orders placed before 1 pm on Friday.

Sunday Delivery
We don’t currently offer Sunday delivery.

Same-Day Delivery (London)
This service is not currently available but may return in the future.

Delivery Hours
Deliveries are typically made between 7 am and 7 pm. Timed delivery slots are not available at this time.

Peak Periods
During busy times such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, we start preparing orders earlier than usual. Delivery dates may therefore vary slightly, and we cannot guarantee specific times or next-day arrival during these periods.

4. Non-Delivery

If your flowers have not arrived within three days of the intended delivery date, please contact us via live chat. We advise contacting us within seven days of the scheduled delivery date to be eligible for investigation and potential replacement. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by postal disruption, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control (including strikes, severe weather, or service interruptions).

5. Responsibility for Delivery

Once the carrier marks a delivery as 'delivered', responsibility for the condition of the bouquet transfers to the recipient. LÖV Flowers cannot accept liability for any loss, deterioration, or damage occurring after this point, including flowers left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

6. Address Accuracy and Changes

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer. If you need to amend your address, please contact us via live chat no later than 9 am, three days before dispatch. During peak periods, up to 10 days’ notice may be required for changes.

7. Subscriptions

If you move house or change address, please update your account details before your next scheduled delivery. We may cancel subscriptions in areas where postal reliability is consistently poor to avoid disappointment.

8. Product Availability and Substitutions

All products are subject to availability. If a particular flower or variety is unavailable, we may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value and similar style at our discretion.

9. Weddings, Events, and Corporate Deliveries

Delivery dates and prices for weddings, events, and corporate bookings are calculated individually and confirmed at the time of booking. These are subject to location, venue requirements, and arrangement size, and may not follow standard delivery terms.

10. Customer Support

For delivery enquiries, please contact us via live chat at www.lovflowers.co.uk. Our chat team typically responds within six hours. All communication is managed in accordance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Delivery outcomes are determined by the carrier and cannot be overridden by LÖV Flowers or our support team.
