These Terms govern all use of our site and services, including purchases, subscriptions, and communications.
1. Online Store Terms
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. 2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Your content (not including payment data) may be transmitted unencrypted over various networks and adapted to meet technical requirements. Credit card details are always encrypted during transfer and handled securely through Shopify Payments or other approved processors. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without express written permission from us.
3. Products and Services
Our products are available exclusively online through our website. Quantities may be limited and are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. We have made every effort to display our products accurately, but colours and sizes may vary due to screen settings or seasonal variation. We reserve the right to limit sales, discontinue products, or adjust pricing at any time without notice.
4. Orders and Subscriptions
All orders and subscriptions are subject to acceptance by LÖV Flowers. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion. Once an order enters processing (including cutting, packing, or dispatch), it cannot be cancelled or amended. You may pause or cancel a subscription through live chat before 9am, three days before your next scheduled dispatch. At peak periods, preparation may begin up to ten days early. Subscriptions that are repeatedly paused or restarted to take advantage of discounts may be cancelled under our fair-use policy.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept major debit and credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. For subscriptions, your card will be billed automatically for each scheduled delivery. We do not store or have access to your payment details; payments are securely processed by Shopify Payments. Prices may change without notice, but we will inform active subscribers in advance of any recurring price change.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are handled by selected courier and postal partners. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Ownership and responsibility for the flowers transfer to the recipient once delivery is confirmed by the carrier. 7. Returns and Refunds
Because flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been processed. If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us via live chat within two hours of delivery. Eligible claims will be resolved by providing a replacement bouquet. 8. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, postal disruption, strikes, power failure, transport delays, or supplier issues. In such events, we will take reasonable steps to fulfil orders as soon as conditions permit.
9. Service Availability and Maintenance
Our website and services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We strive to minimise downtime but are not responsible for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

11. Gift Purchases and Third-Party Recipients
When you purchase flowers for someone else, you confirm that you have their consent to share their delivery details with us. Our responsibility is to you as the purchaser; we cannot correspond directly with the recipient about order issues unless authorised by you.

All content on this site — including photographs, text, graphics, videos, and digital assets — is owned or licensed by LÖV Flowers. You may not reproduce, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
13. Sustainability and Ethics
We aim to operate responsibly and source from sustainable suppliers wherever possible. While we take pride in these efforts, they are aspirational and do not create any contractual obligations.
14. Liability
Our total liability in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that specific order. We accept liability only for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, missed occasions, or damage caused by misuse after delivery.

By placing an order or creating an account, you consent to receive service communications such as delivery updates, account notifications, or subscription information electronically. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time.
16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
We aim to resolve all concerns quickly and fairly through our live chat system. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
