Cancellation policy
ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

We prepare bouquets quickly so they arrive beautifully and on time. Because flowers are perishable and our dispatch is largely automated, there are short windows for changes or cancellations. This policy explains how orders, changes, cancellations and subscriptions work.
1. Order Acceptance
All orders and subscription requests are accepted at our discretion. We may decline or cancel an order for any reason. If we cancel an order, any payment already made will be refunded to your original payment method.
2. Processing Timeline
Our system often begins processing immediately after checkout. Processing includes any of the following: allocating stock, cutting stems, personalising a message card, packing, or passing the order to our delivery workflow. Once processing begins, the order can no longer be cancelled or amended.
3. Changes to Your Order
If you need to change a delivery date, address, gift message or product selection, please contact us via live chat as soon as possible. We can only guarantee changes if the request is received before 9am, 3 days prior to the scheduled dispatch date and before processing begins. During peak periods (including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas), preparation may start up to 10 days in advance and changes may not be possible.
4. Cancellations (One‑off Orders)
You may cancel free of charge up to 9am, 3 days before dispatch, provided processing has not begun. Once processing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5. Subscriptions
You may pause, skip or cancel a subscription by contacting us via live chat before 9am, 3 days prior to your next scheduled dispatch. If we receive notice after this time or after processing has begun, the next bouquet will still be delivered and charged, and changes will apply thereafter. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel subscriptions that are repeatedly paused or restarted to take advantage of promotions or discounts.
6. Subscription Pricing
Prices at sign‑up apply until changed. We may update subscription prices (for example, if supplier costs increase). If we change pricing, we will notify you in advance and you may cancel without charge before the next scheduled dispatch.
7. Customer Responsibility for Order Details
Please check delivery addresses, recipient names and gift messages carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer, and no refunds can be offered in such cases.
8. Fair Processing & Automation
To get flowers to you quickly, we use automated systems that may process orders outside normal office hours. Once an order enters processing, we cannot intercept it to cancel or amend.
9. Refunds
As flowers are perishable, refunds are only available where an order is cancelled before processing begins under the terms above. Where delivery fails due to circumstances outside our control (including incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts), refunds are not available.
