Trim the stems at a slight angle before placing them in water.
Remove any leaves that will sit below the waterline to help keep the water clean.
Alstroemeria are thirsty flowers, so check the water regularly and top up as required.
Refresh the water every couple of days and re-trim the stems if needed.
Keep in a cool position away from direct sunlight and heat.
As individual flowers fade, gently remove them so the remaining buds and blooms stay looking their best.
