Trim a small amount from the base of each stem at an angle before placing in water.

Calla Lily stems are soft and fleshy, so use a relatively shallow level of fresh water rather than filling the vase.

Refresh the water regularly and rinse the vase to help keep the stems in good condition.

Re-trim the stems with a clean, sharp knife or secateurs when changing the water, taking care not to crush them.

Keep away from direct sunlight, radiators and other sources of heat.

Remove any stem that begins to soften so it does not affect the remaining flowers.
