Due to availability to certain flowers, sometimes we may use a substitution. In this case we will always use a replacement flower with the same quality to give you the best bouquet possible.

All of our flower subscriptions are delivered on Wednesdays by our trusted DHL delivery couriers.

We always try to find ways in minimising our carbon footprint and some of the ways we do that is by sourcing the majority of our materials in the UK and only using materials that are recyclable, biodegradable or compostable. Read more about our sustainable letterbox flowers here. 

Our Premium Flower Subscription is a flexible plan that you can pause or cancel at any time! All of our flower subscriptions are delivered on Wednesdays so your flowers will look their best for the weekend. Your first delivery will be on the following Wednesday from the day you placed your order. This subscription is a mix of the Elsa, the Saga, the Tyra and the Freja. Delivered weekly, biweekly or monthly.
